No. A $200 smoking fee will be charged if smoking is detected in the vehicle.
Late returns will incur an additional fee based on the daily rental rate. A charge applies per extra hour for up to 4 hours. If the delay exceeds 4 hours, a full day’s rental rate will be charged.
Yes, but you must return the vehicle to the rental office for inspection and update the agreement before the due date.
You are free to drive our cars anywhere, but you must inform us if you plan to travel outside of Texas before you begin your trip

Each rental includes 200 miles per day at no additional cost. For any extra miles beyond the daily allowance, a charge of $0.30 per mile will apply.
The rental includes minimum liability coverage as required by state law. Additional coverage, such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), is optional.
CDW limits your responsibility for physical damage to the vehicle but excludes certain incidents, such as unauthorized use, accidents caused under the influence, or damage outside the authorized area.
