What do I need to rent a car?

To rent a car, you need proof of insurance(If you don’t have insurance, we can assist you in purchasing temporary coverage for the car.), a valid driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, and a debit or credit card. Additional drivers must also provide a valid license.

Can I have a rental car delivered to my location?

Yes, we can deliver your rental car to your home, an auto repair shop, or a roadside location.

What should I do if I have an issue with the rental car?

Can I add an additional driver?

Yes, but they must meet the same age and licensing requirements as the primary renter and be listed on the rental agreement.

Is smoking allowed in rental vehicles?

No. A $200 smoking fee will be charged if smoking is detected in the vehicle.

Rental Policies

What happens if I return the car late?

Late returns will incur an additional fee based on the daily rental rate. A charge applies per extra hour for up to 4 hours. If the delay exceeds 4 hours, a full day’s rental rate will be charged.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, but you must return the vehicle to the rental office for inspection and update the agreement before the due date.

Where can I drive the rental car?

You are free to drive our cars anywhere, but you must inform us if you plan to travel outside of Texas before you begin your trip

What is the process for insurance replacement rentals?

We handle the entire process on your behalf by contacting your car insurance provider to ensure they cover the rental costs, making the experience hassle-free for you.

Are there any mileage limits or additional fees?

Each rental includes 200 miles per day at no additional cost. For any extra miles beyond the daily allowance, a charge of $0.30 per mile will apply.

Insurance and Damage

What insurance is included with my rental?

The rental includes minimum liability coverage as required by state law. Additional coverage, such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), is optional.

What does the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) cover?

CDW limits your responsibility for physical damage to the vehicle but excludes certain incidents, such as unauthorized use, accidents caused under the influence, or damage outside the authorized area.

Am I responsible for tolls and traffic violations?

Yes. Renters are responsible for all tolls, parking fees, and violations incurred during the rental period. Unpaid fees will include a $50 administrative charge.

What happens if the vehicle is damaged or stolen?

You are responsible for all damage or loss to the vehicle unless you purchased CDW. Damage caused by unauthorized use, weather, or negligence is not covered. For 24 hr support call 903-402-7131

Fees and Payments

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A deposit is required at the time of rental. It will be used to cover any unpaid charges or damages.

Are there any cleaning fees?

A $250 cleaning fee applies if the vehicle is returned in a substantially less clean condition than when it was rented.

What payment methods are accepted?

Major credit cards are required for rentals. Additional charges may apply for late payments or bounced checks.

Is roadside assistance available?

Yes, roadside assistance is offered at an additional cost based on mileage.
